Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL Certification Courses)
HR Training offers a wide range of RPL Certification Courses. This means that if employees are eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning, they have access to all our Certificate Courses.
We assess all applicants for RPL Certification Courses on their prior knowledge, education and workplace experience. This enables employees to gain recognition for units without attending any classes or completing any workbooks, assignments or exams.
How to apply for RPL Certification
Employees who wish to apply for RPL Certification are required to submit their resume to HR Training. Every unit completed under RPL saves the employee money, because these units are charged at a lower rate than units completed via coursework.
