Empowering Jobseekers: How Human Resource Training Drives Employment Outcomes Through Community Partnerships

Human Resource Training (RTO 31678) is more than a training provider
— we are a talent development partner, working across Queensland to help individuals unlock their potential and move into meaningful, long-term employment.

With a focus on high-demand sectors such as Security Operations and Community Services, we collaborate closely with Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), Workforce Australia providers, other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), and local employers, all supported by state and federal funding.

Real Training That Leads to Real Jobs

Our programs — especially the CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations — consistently result in job outcomes. Most graduates transition quickly into employment in roles such as event security, mobile patrols, or concierge positions.

We deliver these outcomes by combining:

  • - Industry-aligned training
  • - Employer partnerships
  • - Practical job readiness support

A Holistic, Collaborative Approach

We recognise that no two jobseekers are the same — and neither are the communities they come from. That’s why we actively partner with:

  • - Community-Based Organisations who understand the unique challenges faced by their local cohorts
  • - Workforce Australia providers who deliver job placement and wraparound support
  • - Other RTOs, particularly in Community Services, to co-deliver qualifications and provide a holistic solution
  • - Local employers to shape training delivery to meet immediate hiring needs

Our model is grounded in flexibility, empathy, and collaboration — and always focused on long-term outcomes.

Tailored Programs That Respond to Region and Cohort Needs

As a talent development provider, we pride ourselves on designing and delivering programs that are tailored to the needs of specific cohorts and regions. This includes:

  • - Programs for women returning to the workforce, including pathways into security and community care roles
  • - Training for multicultural communities, including culturally safe delivery and mentoring
  • - Engagement with school leavers, offering job-ready workshops, soft skills development, and supported career taster programs
  • - Working with employers and local government to respond to regional workforce shortages

We don’t just deliver courses — we build people.

Advanced Training Facilities — Deployed Where They’re Needed Most

We are equipped with state-of-the-art training facilities and mobile resources that can be deployed across Queensland, including to regional and remote areas.

Our mobile capability means:

  • - We deliver directly to communities with limited training infrastructure
  • - Programs can be designed in response to local job vacancies and employer partnerships
  • - No jobseeker is excluded due to geography or access

Full Support from Start to Employment

Jobseekers benefit from a full suite of support, including:

  • - Job readiness workshops – covering resumes, presentation, and interview skills
  • - Employer engagement through info sessions and recruitment days
  • - Help with licensing and compliance (e.g. security licensing, NDIS screening)
  • - Referral pathways to other RTOs or services where needed

We also help eligible participants access government funding, including:

  • - Certificate 3 Guarantee (C3G)
  • - Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW)
  • - JobTrainer and other state and federal initiatives

Strong Results, Real Impact

With high completion and employment rates, our programs continue to deliver results — especially in industries with strong and growing demand for skilled, licensed, and job-ready professionals.

Graduates often secure job offers before completing their training, and many remain employed long-term thanks to the strong foundations laid through our programs.
