At HR Training, we offer accredited cleaning courses in cleaning operations, cleaning management, specialty cleaning & restoration. There is no Certificate I or II in cleaning, so Certificate III is the first cleaning certificate you can gain. The Certificate III in Cleaning Operations is therefore very flexible catering for a range of cleaning skills for diverse cleaning workplaces.
The Certificate IV in Cleaning (CPP40421) allows you to specialise and do either or BOTH of the:
Certificate IV in Cleaning (Management)
or
Certificate IV in Cleaning (Specialty Cleaning & Restoration)
We also provide a Mentorship Program that helps you Start your own cleaning business and a COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Control Course for Cleaners and Health workers.
Certificate III in Cleaning Operations
The Certificate III is the first cleaning certificate that can be gained. There is no Certificate I or II. The Certificate III in Cleaning Operations therefore is suitable for both experienced cleaners AND new cleaners! The course is flexible in choice of units and is the qualification to do if you are a supervisor OR simply want to know more about cleaning & hygiene. The course is suitable for cleaners who clean: hospitals, aged care/ nursing homes, local Councils, offices, schools, shopping Malls and residential homes etc.
Certificate IV in Cleaning (Management) and Certificate IV in Cleaning (Speciality Cleaning & Restoration)
The Certificate IV in Cleaning allows you to specialise in either:
Cleaning Management or Specialty Cleaning & Restoration. A Certificate IV in Cleaning is suitable for experienced cleaners, supervisors and owners of cleaning businesses or those cleaners who wish to move into a management role. This course is designed to help you manage a team of cleaners in a variety of environments, plan and oversee their work, provide customer support, how to write cleaning quotations and much more…
Start Your Own Cleaning Business - Mentorship Program
This is not an accredited course and does not lead to an AQF certification. It’s a mentorship program that helps interested and experienced cleaners start their own cleaning business.
