Information about HR training, its policies & procedures and its assessment process can be found in the Course Information Handbook that you have been supplied. You will receive this Handbook again during the Induction Course and asked to save it to your computer for reference during your study. Policies & Procedures concerning: Refunds, Appeals & Complaints, Privacy, Support Services, Access & Equity, Harassment, Discrimination, Replacement of Lost Credentials and HR training’s Code of Practice are all available as part of our Quality Management System.

Credentials will be issued within 28 days of completion of all courses. We note a fee is charged of $55 to replace any lost Certificate, Transcript of results, Statement of Attainment or any other credential.

I understand that to be eligible for Certificate 3 Guarantee funding I must complete an Employment Survey within three months of completing or withdrawing from the course. This survey is only 4 short questions and I will be sent an email with a link to this survey by HR training when it is due.

If accepted by HR training, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of HR training as specified in the Course Information Handbook

I understand that my enrolment is accepted under the condition that enrolment, tuition or other fees are paid on or before the due dates on invoices.

I agree that HR Training is able to provide information to my representative agent or parent/ guardian in relation to attendance, academic performance, payment of fees, welfare and other associated student issues.
